Snowflakes drifted aimlessly by. Tegid kicked at the ground. It wasn’t so much out of frustration, but it was just past morning and already felt like a long day. He and his human friend, Tyron, were parcel carriers. They had set out from Camp Uskitan at dawn and were crossing vast fields of snow on their way to Nutromiv.

Rumors were spreading in regards to the recent raids along the mountain side. Primarily coming from the North Western borders of Melikroth, which is exactly where the friends were headed now. Thus far it hadn’t been anything too detrimental, but the raids were often targeting Melikroth’s crops. And those were scarce enough as it was. Neither Tegid nor Tyron had gave these problems much thought. As of yet they hadn’t been directly affected and figured their higher ups would handle the dilemma soon enough- They always did.

A subtle sound came from somewhere nearby. A sound that contradicted the rhythmic shuffling of the mailmen’s steps. It could have been disregarded as a rabbit, a thrush, or another animal of that sort. But this was something larger, and Tyron’s ears perked up at the sound. He signaled to Tegid and strayed away from the small cart he had been pulling. He jerked his gaze to the right just in time to watch a flurry of snow flung into the air as something jumped behind a nearby tree.

“Halt!” He shouted.

A figure emerged from behind the tree and quickly rushed away from Tyron's voice. He was a dash of blue, starkly contrasting the otherwise monotone landscape.

"By Frost!" Tegid stared in shock, "That was a blasted Albornian!"

This build was inspired by a trip to the beach of Lake Huron, MI.

The use of nets to shape the sand was inspired by a build by Jan, the Creator, along with some other less closely-related uses.

A frigid wind sliced through the tundra of Melikroth, cutting Drynoth VronikBlood's skin. There were reports of raids in the peaceful north. Had the humans snuck in from the south to steal food and supplies? He could sense no other explanation—only unease.

Huge thanks to Buttloaf for the edit

I'm tired, but not beaten! :D

I added some cables, (thanks Sioka!) tweaked the skeleton hangar design a bit, added the rocks on the right, I can't on the left though, :P cause of the fact that I'm a impoverished TFOL who needs to save his money for a car... ;)

Next up is the gunship!

Constructive criticism would be appreciated!

Happy Halloween!

Thanks to Buttloaf_Builds for the edit.

Have you ever thought to yourself, I need more bley in my life? Well I certainly haven't, but if you have, then rejoice and bask in the glory of this big block, a true tribute to all of the big, boring blocks of bley built in the Lego community! (Joking, joking, I'm just not a huge fan of this one 😅)

Finished this guy in early July, right before I began building summer joust MOCs. If you ever wondered why from March till the second half of July I didn't make any larger MOCs (Flourish of Imagination doesn't really count as "large" in my mind), this is the reason.

I used mainly pictures of Tikal Temple I to build this guy, though I used some other art-pieces and temple architecture as well.

There's a couple of things I would've changed if I had had the time/bricks, mainly I wouldn't have made the dark orange and nougat splotches so weirdly distributed and I probably would've changed up the texture of the walls a bit. All in all, this MOC isn't my favorite, but what it lacks in quality (IMO) it makes up for in size and lighting.

Feedback is always appreciated,

Happy Building!

A MOC I built about 5 years ago: An interpretation of the Prancing Pony.

Unfortunately not well photographed, and meanwhile disassembled.

Maybe you like it anyway 😉

The Ranger is a reconnaissance vehicle used during the Endurance mission in the spectacular film Interstellar. They are used for transporting the astronauts to Dr Miller's water planet and to Dr Mann's ice planet. Both Rangers in the movie are later destroyed, one in a failed docking attempt by the traitorous Dr Mann, and the other is sucked into the black hole Gargantua.

Hey guys! I'm happy to present my latest model, a near minifig-scale build of the Ranger spacecraft from the 2014 film Interstellar. This is one of my favorite builds I've done since joining Flickr, even though getting the shape and paneling correct was very difficult at times. The vehicle itself is very cool and feels surprisingly real, it's definitely one of the best things about the movie.

As always, thanks for checking out my MOC, I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Have you ever read a book that was so good, everything in it seemed real? Reading books is a great way to spark the imagination, and sometimes we get so caught up in a story that we seem to fully immerse ourselves in the wonderful world it describes. I've tried my best to show this here, with a MOC representing my love for books as well as simply good story telling.

This was my entry for the Nature category in the Lego House contest over on Lego Ideas, so if you like this MOC be sure to check it out on there . If I made it to the voting stage I'd appreciate your guys' support :)

Feedback is much appreciated and as always,

Happy Building!

Past the foothills of Ulmad an deep into the white mountains, the natives of the mountain claim a demon lives at the peak. Riding a white dragon he comes every year to threaten the villages with death and destruction lest he not be given offerings.

A Squid who has taken it upon himself to police the ships coming into the bay. He'll ink those moving too fast and gives light to those following the rules

This build was made for a local library and was a part of a sort of competition. Basically a bunch of AFOLs were given images drawn by children and we had to recreate them in LEGO and then display them during an event. This is my take on the (pictured) image and I added my own personal touches too.

There's a full technique breakdown of this build on YouTube btw. Check it out 😉

Oh and here is the story of the drawing, as detailed by the child who drew it

"The South Mole Squid. So this is the squid lighthouse. The squid has a very important job. The squids job is to squid (ink) people if they are going past very fast. If they are doing the right thing they get light. If you can see there is a yellow boat it is meant to be a big banana and the blue t-rex is meant to be a ferry with a quokka label. I have also add two crabs to the floor."

Build date: June 2020

Being my favorite moc I’ve built yet, I thought it deserved to be shown with a better quality photo.

This was one of those large builds that didn’t fit in my light box, and I really struggled to get a good photo of it. After using my new umbrella diffusers, I finally got a photo that does this moc justice. See for yourself, I think there is a WORLD of difference, and I’m really excited about it.

Once the Guild discovered she had been keeping a bit of the goods for herself, Charlotte's smuggling career had been cut short - as her life would have been, had she not fled and sought refuge in the caves. There she has lived ever since, waiting and preparing for the perfect time to take back her freedom.

Took me forever to finish this one, and let me tell you, it's been in the works for a while now. Came out ok, definitely feel like the eerie, dark, and cold cave vibe was achieved, so I'm pleased with that. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up the pace a bit now, but no promises at the moment ;)

Feedback is always appreciated,

Weeeeee a new MOC!

Look man, I love purple and I love Transformers. So making Shockwave seemed like the perfect combination :)

I hope you enjoy this one, and if you wanna see how this was made, I've got a YouTube Video breaking down the process for this one here:

Built to display at Brickvention 2023 this year, was very excited to play with colours that weren't green on a fantasy/castle MOC. Took a lot of inspiration from the great ranghaal on this one

Hope everyone enjoys it as much as I enjoyed making it. If you're keen for more photos and insight on the build process check out my latest YouTube video, here's a link:

A new LEGO Castle MOC from me, but this one is pink.

Was very keen to experiment with none traditional colours for a castle MOC, and it was very fun to do so.

A broken arrow, a disturbed twig, a drifting crisp packets - these are all things the Tracker pretends to understand in the art of the hunt. Luckily his robotic pal is much better suited, and doesn't mind lugging his bags either.

Another fun HZD inspired build after my last one, enjoy!

This is a MOC I finished a while ago, in the beginning of December. It was originally going to be the first MOC for the Cyberpunk Collaboration GRID.

About one month into the collab everything was going fine with a steady stream of WIPs being posted regularly, however a couple days later everything went downhill - after getting into a disagreement with the collab host, one member was kicked from the collab and another was found to take his place, thus resulting in a serious set-back in the release of the collab. About a week later the collab leader decided to take a break from Discord for a while and the other participants didn't hear from him for about one month. In this time many members decided to leave the collaboration altogether.

About three weeks after the collab leader decided to take a break from Discord, a couple of members who were still active suggested we redo the collab ourselves and host it in an altogether new way. Most participants agreed this was a good idea and decided to wait a week just in case the original collab leader came back. Sure enough, a couple of days later he returned, slightly annoyed that we had thought of redoing the collab ourselves. He said he would find new members to substitute the ones that left and the collab would take place without change. That was about 3 weeks ago and no new members have joined in that time.

I personally had to rush to finish this MOC 1.5 months before the deadline because of my family traveling to the states a month sooner than I expected. I spent a lot of precious time attempting to finish the MOC on time, now only to see that I needn't have worried. This makes me very annoyed, especially seeing as though this is my first larger online collaboration I was a part of - hopefully future collaboration experiences shall be less stressful and frustrating.

After waiting a month from the original release deadline without contact with most of the members and suggesting to redo the collab from scratch, I feel perfectly justified in posting this MOC.

On a happier note, I'm back in Poland with my bricks as well as many ideas for future MOCs, some of which I'm building right now. Despite the long and annoying story associated with this MOC, I still think it's worth sharing with you guys. If I had had more time to work on it, I definitely would have improved it some more. Feedback is much appreciated and as always;

Happy Building!

Day 1 of your suggestions.

A couple of days ago I asked FOLs on my Instagram account to give me some ideas for some smaller MOCs so I could practice working on commissions. A couple of suggestions doubled up and animals popped up quite a lot. Seeing as though hedgehog was another suggestion, I decided to strike 2 birds with one stone and bring Gertrude to life. That's her name and it's beautiful. I've only known Gertrude for a day and an half, but if anything happened to her I would murder everyone and then myself.

Didn't have enough pieces to make the muzzle tan and I've only got one black ball for the eyes, but seeing as though if this were a commision I'd have to build it on the computer anyway, this isn't much of a problem.

1. Would I feel fine selling instructions to this if someone had commissioned it? Yes

2. Would I feel fine selling these instructions outside of commissions, ie on rebrickable? Also yes

Instructions for Gertrude can now be purchased on Rebrickable at this link: rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-116184/Neon5/hedgehog/#details

To all my haters who say it looks like garbage, take a look at the official Lego version, set 40171 😁

My own version of Stijn's awesome MATSF-5000E Superbanshee II starfighter.

I gave it the "G" designation, since "E" designates the original, and "F" is the 'Ghost' version.

This is also probably going to be my last MOC as a TFOL, I will be turning 18 in a few days. :)

It's #herofebruary so I had to build something Hero Factory related. I decided to revamp Stormer, but I gave him a bit of an Ice Planet makeover. Hope you enjoy it! If you're interested there's a video on my YouTube about this MOC detailing the building and photography process.

I built this when lockdown first started in 2020. I was deep in university work at the time and wanted to make something that would bring me a lot of joy as well as something that would act as a great stress reliever. This project ended up being exactly that. Star Wars bases are cool, they are something I love seeing in a variety of Star Wars video games. I think from the games I played in my youth there is an element of that really etched into my love of Star Wars. So this MOC doubles as being a fun and cool thing, but also a symbol for an aesthetic aspect of Star Wars that I've always loved.

I also built this to be used in a homebrew Star Wars TTRPG I have made that my friends and I are playing currently, but the narrative changed from early drafts of the story and this was unfortunately written out... but it will for sure be used in future games ;)

Enjoy!

The Merchant was glad to find a replacement for his donkey - admittedly slightly less glad at how long it takes to charge each day.

I had a huge amount of fun building this guy. I recently played through Horizon Zero Dawn for the first time and was really inspired by the entire vibe, and wanted to do something in that vein myself! There's a couple of references here and there, see if you can spot them!

Cette tortue va bientôt trouver sa liberté !

To come eye to eye with one of hell's guardians, is to stare into the darkest side of ones own heart.

Built for the Bioni-Castle contest! Definitely a lot more on the Bioni side I'll happily admit mind.

It rained the other day and I just had to do it.

Not my best quality work, but this was too humorous not to post.

Another castle MOC, gotta love castle :) Wanted to play with some bright and bold colours in this one and really happy with how it turned out. Hope you enjoy it!

The Seige of Mandalore

I am beyond words after today's fantastic and amazing news. The show that defined my childhood and has brought me so much joy and creativity is back for another season. I am so hyped and so excited! God Bless Dave Filoni and the crew at Lucasfilm for making this possible. Thank you.

Can't wait to finally see the Seige of Mandalore, as well as whatever the other episodes will detail.... Oh and this is also a teaser for an upcoming build ;)

Home to the Royal Amarki Elven Family, The World Tree is home to rich culture, history and art. It is known across the realm for it's great beauty and elegance.

This MOC was made in collaboration with Eli Brinsmead for Brickvention 2020:

Took us a bit to edit the images, but here you go. Enjoy. The photo may not be the best quality image, I've always found it very difficult to get good photos at Brickvention, so this was the best we could do. More close up photos are available on Eli's page: www.flickr.com/photos/elis_photostream

Additionally I'll have more photos up on my Instagram and YouTube soon :)
