You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
You're as sweet as strawberry wine
You're as warm as a glass of brandy
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time
Sunrise from Cades Cove in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Unfortunately, this loop road is not opened until the actual sunrise, so this was the first pull-out where I thought I might capture a compelling image before the sun was too high in the sky.
First time I've had the opportunity to photograph this cute little bird. Take at the Monte Sano State Park in Huntsville Alabama.

Lyrics:
Used to spend my nights out in a barroom
Liquor was the only love I've known
But you rescued me from reachin' for the bottom
And brought me back from being too far gone
You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
You're as sweet as strawberry wine
You're as warm as a glass of brandy
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time
I've looked for love in all the same old places
Found the bottom of a bottle's always dry
But when you poured out your heart I didn't waste it
'Cause there's nothing like your love to get me high
You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
You're as sweet as strawberry wine
You're as warm as a glass of brandy
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time
You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey
You're as sweet as strawberry wine
You're as warm as a glass of brandy
And honey, I stay stoned on your love all the time
You're as smooth as Tennessee whiskey

Have not had must time for birding or photography since our return and this is one of the few warblers that I found, feeding among the blossoms. Taken in Whitby, Ontario.
On this same date and from the place last year I posted a Tennessee Warbler as my first subject in my annual fall warbler hunt.

Lifer #66 2020
A more apt name for this species might be the "Coffee Warbler" since it often over-winters in coffee plantations in Latin America
Spring in Great Smoky Mountains National Park brings brilliant colors, with deep green forests and bright pink and white mountain laurel.
As we celebrate Earth Day, I thought this image captured simply the beauty of nature without the distractions of man.

Hey! Over here!
I have been missing a lot of warbler opportunities lately. I need all the help I can get.
