The National Media Museum is situated in the heart of Bradford, UNESCO City of Film.

The Museum is home to over 3.5 million items of historical significance and looks after the National Photography, National Cinematography, National Television and National New Media Collections.

Traditional and interactive galleries located across eight floors of the Museum investigate and celebrate film, photography, television, animation and new media.

The UK's first IMAX theatre opened here.

The Museum houses two other cinemas which can accommodate a wide range of film formats. The Pictureville and Cubby Broccoli cinemas host an impressive film programme, from cult classics to contemporary art house cinema.

this was taken a couple of years ago, but i just could not resist sharing it. when we first brought achilles home, he was so curious and into everything we owned...and very interested to learn about how to turn on the tv!

i know i should crop this, but i have no idea how to do anything fancy yet! hopefully my mom will enlighten me with her skills...

shot taken from television...

it 's a picture out of a movie shown in a documentary

they had been showing beautiful scenes of Toscany...

it wasn 't about the film, something to do with the actress,

I think with whom the politician had an affair with longtime ago

then they had moved to Toscany...

I was too much concentrating on getting some pictures

by the time I had pushed button...

they obviously had been gliding to the next picture of a crowd

it 's storming out here..; we got wind of 100 km/h !!

disturbing sounds, yeah...

couldn 't decide on my pictures of the indoor daffodils,

they just weren 't saying much

this is also indoor... much more interesting!!!

wondering what he 's saying to her....

here's what Harry Bellafonte sings to Nana Mouskouri and vice versa... it 's especially nice on disturbing stormy autumnlike winter days and nights... should have thought of listening to it before, but anyway, glad that I found it now... something to hold on to!

There will be nothing new that is for sure!

Antuque television rotting away in an abandoned farm house.

Here is my first build for my new Iron builder Round against David Hensel (Legonardo Davidy)

The special part is that Musketeer sword

Watching television I took some pics with the telephoto lens. I only want little pieces of colour and scenes from the film I saw.

I finally made my television debut! Standing at a county commissioners meeting looking highly irritated. I won't dare get into the politics involved here :)

I must say though, I am honored to share my television debut with THIS

Something to believe in ...

www.dizzler.com/music/Clannad/Something_To_Believe_In

Everybody's rushing around,

Trying to keep a hold

On some piece of mind

All the time

And somebody's lookin' around

Tryin' to find

Something to believe in

To believe in

All the things they promised

They're always lies

Well it's something

Oh it's something to believe in

You know it's something

Every little once in a while

You take a chance to win

On a turning card

But it may be hard

We could be fooled on the merry-go-round

But i'm trying to find

Something to believe in

To believe in

All the things they promised

You know they always lied

Found this one in an abandoned house in St.Gallen.

The image was taken in Palafrugell, Catelonia, Spain. It was taken early on a Sunday afternoon just after the shop had closed for the day.

Mari Holden was a bike racer with national titles, a World Championship and an Olympic medal, and is now a television announcer and coach. She's lovely and apparently decided to dispense with the subtle approach in Solvang...

A new image from my recent photography workshop in Mumbai.

Children watching TV through a window glass of one of many electronics shops on Lamington Road in Mumbai, India. It was a quick decision - I saw the children, quickly got very close and started shooting. They noticed me, but surprisingly just ignored me and kept on watching the tv. They were so much into it. I took several shots and it is one of them.

I have so many pictures from Mumbai in my archives, maybe it is time to start editing them...

This one has a few different elements to it and is kind of open to different interpretations I guess.
