The guy at the store tonight - the owner, the guy I've bought a hundred thousand sweet and salty things from. Finally, I ask his name:

 

I hear, "Kessab". I ask again...and again...I know I'm missing something, so I ask him to write it out. He writes it:

 

"Keshab"

 

Underneath he writes it in his own language, then writes my name / Donna's under that ~ I glow ~ elated ~ stuff paper in pocket to share with others later.

 

How does the story go with this funny pic from a few summers back?

 

Because for some reason, the pic (above) flashed in view...my view...as he wrote us out in Nepalese .

 

Something about colorful masks, fancy/foreign text, safety, language, universal expression, smiles, barriers, barrios, and Superbarrio.

 

I really can't explain these things...amazing how all the images can be so...
