Synthetic turf dual tennis court at Charles Mutton Reserve photo 6 April 2023. Installation was still occurring. No general public consultation by Merri-bek Council for this installation. No public justification for using a synthetic surface that will generate methane and ethylene gases (greenhouse gases) and Microplastics pollution. This seems to be at odds with Council policies on zero waste by 2030, and Council Zero Carbon framework and action plan.

ForeverLawn played an interesting role in the Flats East Bank building project by creating a meditative courtyard on the third floor rooftop of the residential building.
AirDrain Drainage with its 100% vertical drainage and 92% air void is unmatched by any other drainage product on the market. By raising the entire profile off the subbase, creating a 1” air void, and bringing gravity into play, this allows the area to dry quickly and efficiently.
The result is a more stable surface area and consistent HIC across the project, all but eliminating infill migration, a huge maintenance cost and an inconsistent HIC across the playground (which can drastically affect the safety of the project, putting owners in an extreme liability risk scenario).
