ABOUT SOZ KESIMI:

The inspiration for Soz Kesimi comes from the rich Turkish cultural and architectural heritage.

The mesmerizing Mosaic Lamps acted as a spur to the usage of sheeny fabric, translucent stones and the 3D tassels used in detailing of the pieces. Mukesh has been substantially added in addition to Reshum and other conventional materials for the same purpose. These lamps have also played a vital role in selection of the hues for the collection.

Dolmabahce palace has also been a major source of inspiration for the motifs on the pieces, which aim to reflect the grandeur and luxury of this splendid construction.

Moreover, the exquisite craftsmanship of Turkish monuments and the mosaic art itself inspired the intensive use of cutwork which will be seen in most of the pieces.

The culture, architecture and jewels have all been inculcated in the designs and mixed with Subcontinental ethos to give Soz Kesimi a festive look as well as make it wearable for the contemporary woman of this region.

Blade CP with keychain camera to Syma X1 for learning quad while Inspire 1 was on order and now the Mavic.

Need to shoot the Inspire, Phantom and Mavic together for a real perspective of how 4k drone size has grown smaller over last couple years.

Plus Trevor... South Yorkshire Metropolitan Ambulance Service. This is at a place near Lincoln - I can't remember it's name.. Sort of rehab place for folks who had lost limbs.

A Westland Puma (thanks schliesser92) landing at Lodge Moor Hospital's spinal unit. There were a lot of service men brought here to be treated then.

There would always be a fire engine & police car in attendance..

Mujhe ho gaya hai tumse pyar

How I wonder what you are?

Kesa chhaaya ye khumaar?

Up above the world so high

Teri yaad subh o`shaam aye

Like a diamond in the sky

Chain ab ye dil kese paaye.

Here is some day and night mobile phone video of the best Christmas present I've ever bought myself. The Syma S107 RC Helicopter!

Most evenings it can be seen flying around the house.

Summer practice begins for this Montana six-man football team.

Dayton, Wyoming and the Big Horn Mountains.

I work for Yorkshire Ambulance Service on the RRVs in and around the city of Sheffield in South Yorkshire.

It’s a great job and I feel very honoured to be able to help people at their point of need.

Check out the website for all sorts of info re YAS and the work we do.

Yellow Billed Kingfisher Syma torotoro in southern Papua New Guinea

when i was a young lad i was fortunate enough to grow up with a grandfather who was a tinkerer and i have many fond memories of strolling past his workbench with various things mechanical and electronic in various states of repair. he taught me the simple lesson that it was possible to take things apart and fix them and occasionally make them better, faster and stronger. this led to my notorious tendency to Take Things Apart and, later, wandering the aisles of radioshack contemplating what i could use to mod my "101 electronics" kit and what i could do if i got my hands on a heathkit HERO.

nowadays there's a whole maker subculture and make magazine for the young and young at heart who enjoy Making Things which, i imagine, would make my grandfather smile and i've been slowly introducing odin to the idea that he can Do. Make. Create.

in that spirit we gave odin a few syma s107 rc helicopters which can be had for cheap on amazon. their cheapness combined with the availability of replacement parts and the ability to easily take them apart has created the conditions necessary for a variety of s107 helicopter mods which i thought would be fun to explore.

but before we could get to modding them, sure enough, we broke the rotors and balance bars on two of them after heavy use and many crashes while learning fly them around the house.

so i ordered some parts and we set about figuring how take them apart and put them together again.

i have to say, it was great fun working together with odin to figure out how to take them apart and hear him say, "dude, no, i think we just need to take out these these screws to fix it."

of course, he was right, and in short order we were back to flying.

Syma S107G 3.5 Channel

Santiago Angarita Photography

This is a shot from my new Syma X8G drone. Although the quality is slightly off, ( Due to it being a video frame and not originally a picture, and it being screen shot and pasted into a publisher file before being put into an editing studio) I decided that it was just about 'Flickr worthy' and that i should share it with you guys! So hope you like this shot although it was a quick post and I hope you will enjoy looking at my other videos too. :)

First off, the remote is infrared--which means you will need to keep an open line of sight between the control and the helicopter (do not let the "RC" fool you--it's remote control, not radio control). That said, the remote should be terribly bright as a result of I haven't lost signal to it once. The controls are three channel: you have control over power, yaw, and pitch. Basically, you'll go up and down, flip left and right, and move forward and backward (about all that is missing is roll--you cannot move facet to facet). Flight is easy and intuitive, thanks in half to the engineered in gyro. This issue is straightforward to fly. Take it off, and place the stick somewhere in the center, and it will simply hover before you. It's extremely resonsive to turning. Forward/backward movement may be a very little sluggish, but not dangerous (just not as responsive as turning). Because this can be a dual-counter-rotating system, the helicopter is inherantly stable, not like a real helicopter. There's no rotational moment to compensate for as on a traditional helicopter (and after all, the tail rotor is vertical--it's solely perform is forward/backward propulsion).

pour se refaire la main avant de passer à des choses plus sérieuses ; elles attendent sur mes étagères :))

'We' bought one of these for Brizee for his Christmas this year.

Mum was so chuffed with it, that she secretly bought one for my Christmas.

It comes with a live streaming HD camera. I'm not fitting the camera until I learn how to fly the drone.

A great collection of drones from brands like Wingsland, Syma and few more at one place i.e. thesupdesk.com Every drone product has gone through various quality tests.

My friend, who returned from Taiwan bearing gifts recently, struggled in deciding whether to get me this - um - solar-powered, bum-wiggling girl toy thing or a Syma S107 remote controlled helicopter. He chose the adorable young lady because he claims to know me well. She wiggles. She doesn't fly, can't turn, has no flashing lights and takes no batteries. She just wiggles. That's all she does.
