This location was full of swimmers in the middle of the day (along the road that leads down towards the end of Pemaquid Point. Came back later in the day near sunset and the place was empty ... and the water a mirror.

No matter the setting, angle, or lighting, Jessica never likes any picture I take of her. But here is yet another attempt. This was taken at a hotel pool in Ft. Collins, CO. I really liked the reflections off the turquoise water and the warm skin tones in produced. Plus she's wearing a great smile. But I'm betting she doesn't like it.

Joshua swam in his first summer swim meet recently. He finally feels confident enough in his breaststroke to swim the IM. This shot shows him in the starting leg, swimming butterfly. There was not much competition in this meet. He easily won all his races, often by more than a pool's length. Helps when he's swimming in the 13-14 year old division. The summer of Joshua.
