Another shot from my holiday to Darwin called a Swift, Agile or Sandy Wallaby because of his speed and colour. Found only in Northern Australia.

Vickers-Supermarine Swift F7 fighter cockpit saved and preserved. The rest of the aircraft was scrapped like so many others of the type in the sixties due to under achieving.
I went to the Taylor Swift concert tonight knowing that I would probably be among the oldest attending but that didn't bother me as I have always enjoyed watching her perform on TV and was looking forward to seeing her perform live. Well she did not disappoint, it was the absolute best concert I've ever seen. She is the ultimate performer. She did not just stand on stage and sing, each song was a complete stage production. I would not hesitate to see her again. We didn't have the best tickets in the house and at times I thought I was close to getting a nose bleed (close but not quite - a little higher and I might have) but it was still well worth the price of the ticket. Thanks again to my friend, Wanda, for the early birthday gift.

It's the end of the road for this crashed and abandoned 2018 Suzuki Swift 1.4 Sport Booster Jet that has come to grief on the A414 Maldon Road near the village of Woodham Mortimer in the County of Essex (UK).
This is a relatively straight section of single carriageway road with a recently reduced speed limit of 50 miles per hour.

The Old Swift meat-packing complex.
Hard to believe this 22 acre of ruin still stands a block from the active part of the Stockyards in Ft Worth, TX.
After the plant closed in 1971, the place was heaven for graffiti taggers, a plot of urban wilderness routinely explored by teenagers and photographers... however in the next few years, it may change that.

The swift-boat is the Russian version of a missile boat that fires up to four anti-shipping or cruise missiles from extremely close ranges. Made of wood frame and thin aluminum, they're almost literally a dime a dozen. At speeds of 60 knots (~70mph), it can get as close as an arm's length to the most protected ships of a fleet and deliver their ordinance before the CIWS systems have time to react.
