From a visit to Härjedalen province a few years back. It had been a cold summer and the region offered plenty of crisp morning air.

Definitaly a turist when getting the camera out to capture this reindeer crossing the road ;)

I just had to open my birthday present early

I keep going through some images from the archive, some that I've forgotten about some I've had on my mind. This might be taken on an early afternoon in August up north, during the time of the day when the light seem "flat". But on a day out hiking this is a view I like. So here's a view from a hike three years ago from Härjedalen province near Ljungdalen village. If I were to translate it, the name would be "Heather valley", how pretty is that ;)

Took this photo earlier this autumn, but haven't come around to edit it until now. Pretty happy with how it looks.

These Downy birch trees in the northern part are growing short and standing against the different element. Cold winds and snow, they're tough trees, standing against the rough environment. Fascinating shapes and I think they would look lovely in water colour :)

We went for a short holiday in Skåne and visited Forsakar.

A bit windy the day we were there, but so beautiful nature.

Fom a trip to the fells for cross-country skiing this year.

Time to harvest and make sure that the cattle or horses have food for the winter.

Came back home to this last night.

I had a vision of a photo and in the end it kind of came out the way I wanted it to.

Right now we have lots and lots of different kind of Dragonflys at our pond.

One of my fave spring flowers :)

Öland island.

Clear, fresh water running down to the lake in Abisko National park. Re-filled my bottle from the river a few times on this hike. The fresh air, water and mountains... pure medicine.

Week 21/52. Inspiration; "Serenity"

The last few months have been life changing. My dad's old soul has gone to the city where the roses never fade. He's with the angles now playing his accordion, his favourite instrument. Not only a dad to me, also one of my best friend. A person with such a kind heart with so much care for others. The world really lost a beautiful soul.

So lovely little spring flower. So much beauty in the nature right now.

Went on a photo expedition today with the goal to use my ND filters. Turned out pretty ok.

The best time of the year is here! Love the spring when the earth comes to life again.

Went for a little road trip Easter Weekend and got to see a lot different views from what I'm used to at home.
