(CRUSH) Happy Holidays dear friends!!!
As 2017 becomes 2018, I'd like to thank all of you for the kindness you've shared with me during my time here :-)
I'd also like to thank you for your wonderful art which has motivated & inspired me, not only in photography, but also in life :-)
Your photographs, paintings, creations, captured moments... all so passionate & inspiring!
Never will I be able to fully put into words how much I've enjoyed visiting & interacting with each of you... I've loved every minute of it :-)
Yes, I've been away from Flickr for a while now, and I will need to be away more during most of the holidays as well.
But I wish to let everyone know that I am fine, and to also thank you greatly for the nice thoughts, lovely comments and warm wishes :-)
...Please enjoy the days ahead dear friends, and know that you are often in my thoughts (...and that brings a smile to my face!) :-)
(( The photo above was taken on an extremely cold winter day in 2017... the temperature hovered around -20 °C that morning... it was an unforgettable experience! ))
Truly hope all of you are doing wonderful & I wish you the very, very best this season!
Merry Christmas to those who celebrate and Happy Holidays & a beautiful upcoming New Year to everyone!!!
Keep sharing the kindness dear friends :-)

Pam and I spent a day on Gällnö Island in Sweden with my son, his wife and family. Today was the celebration called Mid-Summer with much food, traditional dance and family. What a wonderful time in this beautiful country.

Used the Lee Big Stopper to achieve a 30 second exposure.
the road we took to walk to Skara. 1 mile took a while so we took some pictures on the way to Skara.
