During a 3-day symposium, ESCP Europe Master in Management students had the chance to work on their individual career plans.

50 professionals from business and civil society helped the students to discover their strengths and motivation, to reflect on personal, entrepreneurial and societal goals, and to work on concrete next steps for successful life planning.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the United Nations were the core of this year's event. In workshops, the students came up with ideas on how to reach the 17 Global Goals by 2030 and reflect on their personal impact.

#TBT to this lesson from 2017, asking students what they would like to be when they grow up. • We love when kids are in classrooms—exactly where they belong! When students access #qualityeducation, they are given the space to dream about their futures, and are equipped with the skills and character to make them come true. • We can only do this because of YOU, our gracious supporters. You are making this difference! But there is still so much more to be done. Will you join us in the fight to ensure that every student in Rwanda can access the education they deserve? Support education for every child at wellspring.ngo/give • • • #qualityeducation #dropout #studentdroupout #education #sustainabledevelopmentgoals #school #students #teachers #learning #goal4
