I don't know one person who hasn't been affected by breast cancer, whether it be in themselves, a family member, friend, co-worker, etc. And it's not just women. So please please please, perform self exams once a month. And if you have a family history or are older than 50, you should be getting yearly mammograms. Early detection is key.
