The Shard (La Scheggia in italiano), noto anche come Shard of Glass e inizialmente nominato London Bridge Tower, è un grattacielo del quartiere Southwark di Londra.
Inaugurato nel 2012, con i suoi 309,67 metri d'altezza, è il più alto edificio di Londra, nonché il quinto grattacielo più alto d'Europa e il 67° al mondo.

Hi ha dies que surts a fer fotos i tornes sense ni treure la càmera de la bossa, però, en canvi, hi ha dies ( menys que els altres ) que surten fotos maques sense parar, i aquest va un d’aquells dies. Baixant del llac d’Engolasters volia parar per aquesta zona, ja que tenia al cap aquesta vista panoràmica que ja havia fet fa anys, però sense neu, aquest dia ho tenia tot per ser una bona foto, i tenia clar que volia aquest format panoràmic, per un costat la carretera fins al campanar amb el pic de Carroi darrere tapat i per l’altre les cases amb aquesta llum fantàstica que les il·lumina frontalment, el terra tot blanc generant poca distracció i el cel amb un ambient guapíssim.
