Brought the tight rock shoes instead of the comfy rock shoes... rapped to the gully instead of the 3rd class ridge... toes in agony... decided to glissade a gully in rock shoes, with a stick. Bounced off rock, smashed some fingers, tenderized my forearm, and tagged my hip & right heel. Good times! Don't be stupid.
