Sunset sky reflected in OIB's intercoastal waterway

I wanted some kind of reflection, and the wood was all I could find. Still turned out with a nice effect ;)

This pond heron hunted until dark. One can notice the sun's last few rays kissing the water's surface. Even though this fellow would not be able to fish in dark, he decided to fill his gut until total darkness.

Reflecting Pond doing its job.... Unbelievable to see the water like glass.

Golden evening light spills across the St. Lawrence River as a swimmer climbs back onto a boat in the distance, savoring a cool dip at the end of a warm summer day. In the foreground, one of the Sisters Islands anchors the scene with its leafy trees and quaint riverside cottages, set aglow by the low sun.
