Yesterday was a pretty cloudy and dreary day here in western Pennsylvania but I thought what the heck, let's go see if the clouds break for sunset. Well about 45 minutes before sunset I was driving past an already harvested corn field and the clouds broke for just a few moments and I was able to capture this little gem. You just never know until you go out.

We have been blessed beyond belief with this stunning poppy field just 5 mins from my house, which gave me the inspiration and desire to get out there as sadly this poppy field is now withering. You have to act to quickly! 12 months ago I would have put it off and said maybe next year, due to fear of rejection and ridicule, a lack in my own beliefs and not trusting in my own vision.....Well not this year. I'm taking every opportunity. Thank you again to my little sister Felicity Cox and of course my favourite Adobe Photoshop Actions from Fine Art Actions. Hope you like it guys. A xx
