Swimsuits, sunblock, soggy graham crackers, laughing till your belly hurts, beach towel capes, picnic lunch, cartwheels and somersaults. This is summer.

Summer 2010... I just realized as I was getting ready to go out (the sunblock the cause of the shinyness)... that I didn't have to do so many things for my dermatitis... in fact, today, I had to do nothing for it. And then I realized that it's been like that so far this year. Last year was almost as good, but not quite.

This is officially the first span of 6 months where my dermatitis didn't consume more thank 60% of my life...

So hapi... things that helped: moving into a pet free room when sleeping and not really staying in the living room as much anymore, exercise, keeping away from the sun except for some days to get some vitamin d... water softener for the shower... and I'll add if I think of more things. As for diet, I didn't include that because I was already balancing what I ate to help me influence my skin... nothing out of the norm...

I'm allergic to grass - so walking a mile in through the above field for this shot was hell on earth. I do though now think that it was worth it. What do you think of this?
