The abandoned sugar mill no. 610, "Jesús Menéndez" (original name "Chaparra") closed in 2002. The steam locomotive no. 1570 (original no. 10, construction no. 44460) was built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in 1916, wheels 2-8-0.

The title Sugar Diamonds refers to the former function of this building near Amsterdam.
It was a silo used to store sugar. Today it is used for offices. It required windows which are in diamond shapes. The name is a combination of the past and present.
