Twitch from the Sam and Twitch pack and Sub-Zero Frozen Over. I loved Mortal Kombat as a child. It was my dream to own a Sub-Zero figure. There are a few circulating now, and they don't look like the original fighter, but I'm glad to have him. This is the Frozen Over variant.

Not sure what happened to East Texas. Sorry, Houston!
