Attendees take part in the second annual State of ACC on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, at ACC Rio Grande Campus, Center for Government & Civic Service in Austin. ACC Chancellor Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart and guest speakers shared information about Austin Community College District workforce pipelines, Free Tuition initiatives, student support services and transfer partnerships.
