One view from inside the palatial gardens at Seehof Palace near Bamberg, showing off the impressively tall hedges. This is a large park open to the public with varied views of statues, arbors and greenery. Admission is free of charge (although they now collect one euro per day for parking). You can walk through the palace courtyard, too, but visiting inside the palace requires a €5 ticket. The palace and grounds, formerly owned by the Catholic bishops of Bamberg, are now run by the Bavarian state. Lens: Tamron 28-200mm for Minolta + Sony AF adapter. [SNY04260_lr_2000]

I often take walks here but lately it has been so cold that I haven't been able to take my strolls. So, I'm visiting this place through this photo. I think that it's fun having special places. A good day to everyone!

A Roseate spoonbill out for an early morning stroll in the shallow waters near Fort Myers Beach, Florida.
Come with me tonight and let’s take a little stroll around this quaint old neighborhood. The moon is out, a few crickets are singing nearby and the stately homes are showing off their grandeur.
A couple taking a stroll across the footbridge below the Caban Coch dam in the Elan Valley, Mid Wales, seemingly oblivious to the wall of water thundering down a few yards away from them.

It was a beautiful evening for a stroll along the Detroit River in Windsor, Ontario’s Coventry Gardens. The park, found on the city’s east side, is one of several parks along the riverfront which looks across to Detroit, Michigan.
Morning or evening twilight is when I am out and about with my camera. I see this older couple fairly often and say hello. They still love to hold hands and stroll along and I love that.
