A glamorous poolside evening in the countryside: champagne, warm string lights, glowing lanterns and a vivid sunset sky. The flash-lit figure in the foreground contrasts beautifully with the darker meadow and the softly illuminated party scene in the background, giving the image a polished fashion-editorial mood.

Tonight I went to go see Christmas Lights with my cousin Amanda at some couple's house in the middle of nowhere. They have a pretty large display every year, with a ton of lights. This one turned out to be my favorite because of all the colors. Merry Christmas Flickr! :D

Alduh's neon has been in the off position for at least 2 weeks now. I miss my neon beacon.
I got to Jillians this night to find the groove shack lights still on. I really wished for both.
I'm so very tired and mired. I will catch up I hope soon. Y'all love each other.
Better large on black.
This year, I have decided to a challenge of sorts; I will be taking a different photograph each day during the month of December. I'll be doing a variety of photographs - macro, landscape, portraiture, etc, maybe even just documenting my day. To check out my daily photographs and progress, visit my Facebook page:
Week 43
The road trip to the party. I started this week off in Atlanta shooting a commercial for work. This was another one of those jobs that had us working on a beautiful golf course all day. There is something so amazing about these golf courses that I get to see. The scenery is so perfect that sometimes you almost can't believe your eyes. The job went well as usual and as soon as we wrapped we were back on the road heading home. We made it back on Wednesday night, just in time to help set up the office party for Friday. This was my first time going to one of these office parties due to me finally being of age. It was pretty amazing and I had a wonderful time though it is weird to watch a bunch of co-workers and people you have known your whole life to go completely crazy. On Saturday, the day after the party, I headed out with Eric, bought a new film camera, and shot some sunset scenes with him. Scott joined us later in the night and we ended up buying some pixie lights and tried to mimic the famous Instagram look that everyone likes to do. I think they turned out pretty cool!
I can't wait to see what this next week will bring!

A peaceful stroll through the park revealed this charming view. The castle peeks out from behind the fresh spring greenery, with fairy lights overhead adding a touch of magic. Just the perfect spot for a quick breather surrounded by history.

Celebrating Communism- this is North Vietnam, baby! Apart from the illuminated arches (not lighted as it was broad daylight) in some of the towns we passed through, some others also had these twin flags- the hammer and sickle and the five pointed star, both essential symbols of Communism. Now I have spoken in details about this a few captions earlier, so will spare you the details. (Ha Long Bay, Vietnam, Nov. 2016)
