Lake Davis Drive, just east of Summerlin. Technically post-WWII (1948), although 'lamolithic' poured concrete construction (a Florida invention, widely seen in the Sarasota School architecture of the 40s and early 50s). This sextet of snug deco cottages (each with an interior space of under 600 sf) is among the coolest housing in town and has apparently long been at the upper end of vintage rental in Orlando.

I've seen this diner a few times before on previous trips to downtown Savannah over the past several years. A few years ago, I also found out that this diner is owned by SCAD. During the more recent times I've seen this diner, including last Friday, it seemed like it was abandoned. If this diner actually is still in business, I'm not sure when it actually is open.
