The Next Logical Step on the Continuum: The Strategy Room...
The Strategy Room is not a conference room (as the traditional conference room is at the end of its life.) It is not Telepresence. It is a multifunction room that is able to support all media aand collaborative paradigms, and just as easily able to support meetings that need no technology.
The Strategy Room is "evolutionary, not revolutionary."
• Can host a normal, face-to-face, no-tech meeting
• Can be used for dining
• Can host a traditional VTC or audio conference
• Can host an immersive conference
• When scheduled to do any of the above, if last-minute, real-world circumstances change the needs, it can adapt on the fly and meet those new needs.
• Completely standards-based and codec-agnostic
• Allows end user to maintain hard-fought standards in room and furniture aesthetics, technology brands, etc.
• If a full, immersive experience is desired, it can do that too - and it can do it at a variable bandwidth (from SD starting at 384Kb to HD starting at 1Mb)

The Rt Hon Greg Clark is Executive Chair of the University of Warwick’s Innovation District. From 2025, he will be Chair of the Japan Society and Chair of the Society of Chemical Industry.
Greg served as Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy from 2016 to 2019, Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government from 2015 to 2016 and Minister for Universities and Science from 2014 to 2015. He previously held ministerial positions in HM Treasury, the Cabinet Office and the Department of Communities and Local Government.
During the last Parliament, Greg chaired the cross-party Science, Innovation and Technology Select Committee.

Invasion Strategy.
When clearing out a recently deceased relative's home, I came across this folded-open newspaper dated 18th February 2022. This date is six days before the Russian invasion of Ukraine took place, suggesting that governments and media knew what was coming. It made for a very interesting read and was remarkably accurate.
