Cool blues and greens reminiscent of a Caribbean paradise.
I've quilted this quilt with slightly variegated green thread, in long wavy lines, like the movement of water.

Strip blocks are leftovers from another quilt.
Another shot using the many mirrors in the barber shop .
I need to do some more ( read better) with the interior of this place , next time I need to get rid of that silly old twit looking into his camera , he wasn't invited , thats funny he looks a little like me .
Another thing to decide with this sort of shot is where to put the focus, plus I need to have a human element or two in the shot .

Werner and Keith run the local barber shop around the corner from our repair shop, great place for a bit of local gossip, banter and a good coffee plus they give a great haircut.
The other day they had a quiet spell and so it was time for Werner to get a mop chop, Here they are discussing what to do with Werners nose hair , an angle grinder with cutting disc was on offer as was an oxy cutting torch but they were declined.

I hinted in my inspiration mosaic that I'd love a pillow to match the quilt I was planning on making for Mason's bed ... and Allie (Strandz) made a gorgeous one! He LOVES it, as you can see.
Also YAY to the usps ... she mailed it yesterday (the 3rd) and we got it today (the 4th)!! OK so we're in the same state but STILL!!
