Strand ( afrikaans pour « plage ») est une station balnéaire ville située sur la bordure orientale de False Bay et au pied de la Hottentots Holland Mountains. Sa position géographique est juste entre Macassar et la baie de Gordon , et est d'environ 50 km au sud de Cape Town . Cinq kilomètres de plage de sable blanc baignées par les eaux de False Bay.
