Today, November 21, 2019, a complaint to the Public Prosecutor was registered at Loire-Atlantique high court (Tribunal de Grande Instance) against the cyberstalker Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, who sent 296 tweets against @bernardgrua in two months under her account @barefootRamster (recently changed to @barefoot_rmala). The accusations are harassment, defamation and calumnious denunciation. A complaint was also registered against Twitter .

"A Guide to Chapursan Valley in Northern Pakistan" was an enthusiastic article written in 2019, by Alex Reynolds a travel blogger posting on the website, "Lost with purpose". There, she depicted the warm hospitality and the safety she enjoyed in this Pakistan high area also called Chipurson, Chipursan or Chapurson. In June 2020, Alex decided to "amend" her paper by echoing unsupported second hand defamatory allegations against her hosts. They are causing severe harms to the local population. This publication is intended to mitigate such a prejudice.

A campaign was launched in May 2019 by a radicalized Karachi Sunni woman, Ramla Akhtar aka Rmla Aalam, who migrated to Upper Hunza Valley because of physical and mental health disorders. Inadaptable to this severe region, she decided to spread a hate speech and calls for violence against the local Wakhi ethnic and religious minority. Ms Akhtar got the support of a close friend, Ms Olga Leonidovna Ozerova, a Russian travel agent from Saratov, making business in Pakistan under "Russian Travel Extreme".

For dubious reasons, Alex Reynolds, in contradiction with all her local observations decided to believe directly or indirectly in the malevolent rumours spread by the toxic Ramla Akhtar about Chapursan Valley. She shared these unsupported allegations on a Facebook group called "Backpacking Pakistan" (5,2 K members). While numerous travellers, who visit or want to visit Pakistan, get information from this group, such a publication is devastating. It will lead foreign visitor to avoid Chapursan Valley and especially the familly under RamlaAkhtar/AlexReynolds attacks. Some women and some men politely advised Alex about the fact that such a defamation was particularly unfair and illegal. However, all these people were rebuffed with strong words from Alex, if not with slang and outrageous insults from Sebastiaan Rijntjes and Will Hatton, her group partners.

Unable to stop the flood of malice produced by a female cyberstalker located in a kind of judiciary loophole, while based in Pakistan and attacking a target in France, I decided to shift to a reciprocity level. In other words I planned to apply, against this criminal, the same methods she repeatedly uses against her target. Legally it was important to warn the criminal of the consequences of her actions. It was critical to give her a period of time to come back to ethical practices, if she wished so. It was also mandatory to make sure she received all this information. That was the purpose of the Formal Demand Notice which was sent to her. She acknowledged reception, by casual writings on Twitter and by a clear refusal of getting back to conformity. She, then, gave an early green light for the sanctions.

This important activity, in term of firm turn-over, was developed thanks to helpful local connections. However, they might, nowadays, endanger the whole business. Indeed, the company fell under the deception of a toxic interlocutor resulting in compromise regarding a domestic and international scheme of hatred and violence, where manipulation of Pakistani authorities and justice is just one of the severely worrying issues.

A complaint to Nantes (France) High Court prosecutor and a complaint to Pakistan Federal Investigation Agency cybercrime wing have been filed against Ms Ramla Akhtar cyberstalking the French citizen Bernard Grua. She, nevertheless, rejected two formal notices demanding her to stop this on-line bullying campaign. As a consequence, she is facing reciprocity sanctions that she frequently mentions as damaging her life and her mental health. For unknown reasons, Ms Ramla Akhtar eventually opposed the August 27, 2021, fair and generous appeasement offer which could, despite her crimes, have helped her to come back to the existence of a regular Pakistani citizen and to comply with her parental duty. Instead, she formally confirmed and evidenced that she decided to go deeper into confrontation, spoiling her future and the one of her relatives.

Since more than one year and half Ms Ramla Akhtar, aka Rmala Aalam, a radicalized Sunni woman from Karachi is promoting a hate speech and calumnious denunciation campaign against the North Pakistan mountain Wakhi minority and against its foreign visitors. This stalker has never been able to produce any evidence for her accusations. It does not refrain her pretending that her unsupported allegations did not receive the attention they, according to her, deserve. Ultimately, using sophisms, conspiracist methods and reversing the burden of proof, she claims that the lack of tangible evidences is the confirmation her allegations cannot be challenged.

Le 13 juillet 2018, Viktoria Mait (Viktoria Maitret), traductrice et administratrice du site web Inform Napalm (Informnapalm) pour la France a adressé des propos calomnieux au chercheur en géopolitique, Nicolas Tenzer, au sujet de Bernard Grua. “Il faut enfin arrêter de flatter des ambitions obscures de ce Grua en lui faisant de la pub. Il n’est pas du tout bienvenu chez les Ukrainiens”. À la découverte tardive de ces allégations mensongères, Viktoria Mait a reçu, par messagerie Twitter, une demande de suppression de son tweet.

Publishing a selected, professional, original, positive carefully written content able to concern a large audience, supported by hashtags and mentions for creating engagements, are the keys for a successful Twitter account. A bully user, in all of its aspects, practises the opposite with poor results. We will, here, conduct the autopsy of a rabid stalking account.

This case, because it is an extreme one, allows to get numerous learnings on how a cyber delinquent can act on Twitter. It evidences the causes of its bankrupt and will, hopefully, provide some comfort for those facing such a hatred behavior.
