Shot on locale with Special guest and seascape wizard of Aus - Tim (TimboDon) visiting Singapore
HDR of 7 exposures for the foreground. HDR of 3 exp for sky +PSB of 2 stages. DRI-Digital blending/layermasking for the long exp water and natural tones for the rocks/tree/kelong.
Working on some of the different angles I have from early on November 3, 2015. Auroraville (of course!) WI.

I was excited to see this location and Bluey took me there even though the conditions looked less than ideal. There ending up being some really unique light and some great currents. This area is very beautiful and even the hills that run along the coast here were colorful and different than what I am used to seeing in Oregon & Washington. I really love this beach.

Shot this am...... at the woodcutters trail out here. This is a reservoir and a great place , to sit on the rocks and hear the birds chirp, occasional thunder n lightning (behind us) and see the fishes pop up and eat the floating insects. Nature is amazing as always !
Tone mapped and the DRI- Digital blending to bring in the natural brush strokes ;-). No polariser or filters used

A vivid sunrise illuminates the sky pink over two icons in Yosemite National Park. Arriving early in the morning at dawn, the light intensified with the silhouettes of El Capitan and Half Dome prominently in the frame.

Alta welcomed the first weekend of spring with almost two feet of fresh, fluffy snow. I have no complaints.
What a nice surprise. I expected five inches or so of snow today and it turned out to be a 13-inch powder day. This is Alta's Marketing Director and my boss, getting absolutely buried. I think this may be my favorite powder photo of the season. It's so kinetic and chaotic. I love it! I'm really glad I took the day off to ski, today. Chances are, this was the last legit powder day of the season.

The Retenate farmstead was famous because of its chaplain, don Giuseppe Gervasini (1867-1941), widely known as "the Ratanà priest". He was a healer and a lot of people credited him with many miracles. Even today many venerate him as a saint.
The Retenate farmstead, enclosed in a private estate, is abandoned now: it is a very sorrowful place, rich with memories of our rural and religious past.
