For this part of my 'Still Life' project I wanted to do a section about music, which is a big part of my life. Photographing it in an abstract way.

A quick study. Natural light. Shot on Ilford MGVIRC, ISO 5, 4 seconds at F8. Contact printed onto Ilford MGVIRC with a little burning around the edges (approx 1/2 stop). Developed in Dektol 1:1.

Crosby, Stills & Nash (CSN) is a folk rock supergroup made up of David Crosby, Stephen Stills and Graham Nash. They are known as Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (CSNY) when joined by occasional fourth member Neil Young. They are noted for their intricate vocal harmonies, often tumultuous interpersonal relationships, political activism, and lasting influence on US music and culture. All four members of CSNY have been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame twice,[1] though Young's inductions were for work not involving the group.
Prior to the formation of CSN, each member of the band had belonged to another prominent group. David Crosby played guitar, sang and wrote songs with the Byrds; Stephen Stills had been a guitarist, keyboardist, vocalist and songwriter in the band Buffalo Springfield (which also featured Neil Young); and Graham Nash had been a guitarist, singer and songwriter with the Hollies. And I am seriously worried and very tired as I've barely slept for almost a week...
I hAve read everyone's comments and I've tried replying to you all individually, but the words don't come out right if you know what I mean...
I can't grieve and I can't give up looking and I don't know what to do except wander around posting posters and asking people if they've seen her, but then I panic that she's turned up on the doorstep and I wasn't there to let her in...
I'm trying to carry on as normal, and if you look at the other pics I've posted today you'l notice I've managed to create an original piece of art which I did while waiting to hear a bark, and Fuzzy's got a new toy, but I even feel guilty that that was time spent not looking for my dog...
I just hope that whereever she is, she's warm, fed and happy. I just want to know what's happened, that's all...
