This is an infographic that I am basing my 2D project off of. It focuses more on the actual statistics and shows how prevalent these occurrences are each year and how many are affected. It connects the reader to the actual victims because it forces the reader to think about topic instead of blowing it off like usual news. I plan on combining all of my projects in a final installation that each project will feed off of each other to display my question thoroughly to the viewer. I plan on connecting Syria to the United States to show that places with violence are happening right here in this country because of law enforcement taking advantage of their power.
Usually, when i go away and don't upload anything new, my hits take a plunge, but this time, it stayed steady at around 4 or 5 thousand the whole time I was gone. Well, it's interesting to look at, and actually my main website has been at status quo as well, which embarrasses me even more that I have to make the parents of the April and May tournaments wait even longer for their pictures!
Well, I've just arrived from Pittsburgh today (5 hour drive), and haven't had any time to rest, so I'm turning in!

A depiction of what statisticians tend to do during office hours (measuring things with rulers, and writing fancy formulas with sparkly markers)
In the Life Online gallery, there was a wall with up to date statistics of the day's worldwide internet use. I took this photo just before noon and the numbers were still going up!
We evaluate each borrower on multiple parameters which include screening of personal, financial and professional details to name a few. Verified creditworthy borrowers are listed on our platform.

Working with the nonprofit organization Science for Monks and Nuns, physics Professor Stamatis Vokos taught an enthusiastic group of beginning science students in Trashigang, Bhutan — Buddhist monastics from the Rangjung Monastery and other monasteries in the area.
