I am experimenting with different watermarks. Last one was very easy to crop out and since I've noticed some of my pictures around the web without credit, I feel the watermark is perhaps necessary? What is your take on watermarks - is a watermarked image still enjoyable or does the signature make it rather distracting?

Así permanecía esta chica mientras yo hacía las fotos anteriormente publicada. La suya fue la primera que hice. Estaba ensimismada, desconectada, en pause, ajena...Me pareció una brillante idea dejar la mente en blanco dejando que los sentidos campen a su aire: oír en vaiven de las olas, dirfrutar su olor, mirar las nubes, sentir el frío de la tarde...sin mas pretensiones. Y una vez empadada, impregnada de todas esas sensaciones, regresar a la vida real y a casa...

One of many things I'm missing in 2020 due to social distancing... who would've thought the simple pleasure of wandering around a car show could possibly be illegal :-/ So many freedoms previously taken for granted... there's a lesson there I guess!
Just a five mile bike ride from home and on Saturday it had gone missing. An externally mint ROG 47812 in the down sidings at Manningtree.
Donnerstag maritim – Das Safety Standby Vessel „SITULA“ läuft am Vormittag des 03.10.2024 aus den Rostocker Seekanal aus in Richtung freie Ostsee.
Die Aufgaben eines solchen Schiffes sind sehr vielfältig. Sie bestehen hauptsächlich von der Sicherstellung und Versorgung von Offshore-Anlagen bis hin auch zum Einsatz bei Notfällen, wie auch zur Evakuierung von Personal.
Die „SITULA“ ist 38 Meter lang, wurde 2002 in Dienst gestellt und fährt unter der Flagge von Panama.
Aktuell (10.10.2024 06.00) ist die „SITULA“ zwischen Kadetrinne und dem Darß in der Ostsee im Einsatz.

The Irsching power plant is located near the town of Vohburg on the Danube in the Irsching district. The natural gas-fired plant consists of a total of five independent units, of which the two oldest units Irsching 1 and 2 are decommissioned. The three younger units, Irsching 3 to 5, are scheduled for decommissioning for financial reasons, but must remain operational as a cold reserve to ensure grid stability due to their system relevance.
Das Kraftwerk Irsching liegt nahe der Stadt Vohburg an der Donau im Ortsteil Irsching. Die erdgasbefeuerte Anlage besteht aus insgesamt fünf voneinander unabhängigen Blöcken, von denen die zwei ältesten Blöcke Irsching 1 und 2 stillgelegt sind. Die drei jüngeren Blöcke Irsching 3 bis 5 sind zwar aus finanziellen Gründen für die Stilllegung vorgesehen, müssen aber wegen ihrer Systemrelevanz als Kaltreserve zur Gewährleistung der Netzstabilität betriebsbereit bleiben.
