Many sniper rifle variants of the G3 were used by the Turkish army, which would later become the Ottoman army. These rifles would work great as battle rifles, or more specifically, rifles using full-sized cartridges would work far better at longer ranges than short ranges. They also had a greater effect on the target, too. For this reason the Sniper Rifle Model 5 would start being used on the Ottoman army.

These rifles use the very same blowback system of the G-3s and are almost the same, except the improvements done. It weighs considerably less than a G-3A7, and its recoil is actually significantly decreased in this variant: The longer barrel would provide a far greater counterweight against the recoil than the standard-issue rifles'. Homever, it can still go out of control fairly easily.

It also has another variant, the HSR-5/2. It uses the even-heavier [insert caliber here] round which is even more powerful than the 7.62x51mm round used by the SRM-5/1. It has a longer barrel and a far greater range but has a heavier recoil than the SRM-5/1. It is a great sniper rifle indeed.

If it wasn't the IRC crew it wouldn't be too much different than the G-3 I had done a while ago and thus I wouldn't upload them. :) I thank them greatly.

The SRM-5 "Mini Titan" is a compact assault rifle chambered in 5.56x45 NATO. The gun has a massive fire rate but it is still able to maintain a tight bullet grouping while firing bursts due to it's advanced recoil reduction system. The gun is also made as light weight and compact as possible, making it a good PDW for CQB/vehicle crews.
