V/Line 'Sprinter' railcars 7005, 7012 & 7009 have just ended their journey in platform 2 at Melton. The passengers have exited the cars and can be seen walking down the platform to the exit ramp.
This is the 3:40pm service from Southern Cross (Melbourne) to Melton. After the driver has changed ends and received a green signal, the train will run as an empty car set back to Melbourne. 4:29pm, Wednesday the 30th of January, 2013.

On September 20, 2008 a group of railfans gathered around the www.spoorforum.nl website arranged a trip with Sprinter EMU 2014 through the western provinces of The Netherlands. Sprinter 2014 is one of the last EMU of its series in the yellow paint scheme. All trainsets will be rebuilt in the Randers, Denmark, Bombardier shops and get a new blue-white-yellow paint scheme.

The SPRINTER is a light rail line operating between Oceanside and Escondido in San Diego County, California. The service uses the pre-existing 22 miles (35 km) Escondido Branch trackage of the San Diego Northern Railroad. Station platforms were constructed for the line’s fifteen stations serving the cities of Oceanside (western terminus), Vista, San Marcos, and Escondido (eastern terminus).
Sprinter service is operated with Desiro-class diesel multiple units (DMU) manufactured by Siemens.
