Spring is coming the blue tit couple are back at the nesting box

Every day at 8pm the cat firmly glues himself in front of the telly to watch and pounce at the birds (or Chris Packham!).

I was pleased to be asked by Springwatch to include one of my pics in an online article about wildlife gardening. OK, far from one of my best shots, but I'm pleased (easily) and am glad for the sparrow who worked hard for his 15 minutes of fame.

The beautiful storks are doing so well with there young this year.

Apparently this family of ducks are famous. They headed towards the main buildings at Pensthorpe wanting to be fed.

 

The mother duck, wanted to keep the father duck away from them.

 

I was in the trailer of that Wensum Discovery Tour (before the Land Rover moved around the estate).

 

I was on the other side of the trailer, so didn't have a good view of them.

 

That kind member of staff fed the ducklings.
