Springtime is here, chilly but bright. Not sure when we will next be able to visit here (Leeds Castle) so glad to have this photo!

But this year, due to the mild winter, spring actually is about 4 weeks earlier than the long-term average ... !?

The colours are a bit gaudy, but that's exactly what it looked like.

A lovely springtime scene whilst walking along the Malvern hills of England... The weather was quite windy and slight drizzly rain up on the hills that day and the clouds and sky kept changing to all kinds of colours during the walk...

This colour sky happened very briefly between some sunshine and drizzle, but made for a nice picture I think!

The driveway to Beddlestead House, right on the Surrey/Kent border and on an incredibly busy cycle route.

The Lower Lighthouse at Burnham-on-Sea in Somerset from a few springtime evenings back. This was my first night back in England and I had a few mishaps to my rental car the next day, like a hit and run to the bumper and a flat tire. But I had wanted to visit this place for so long and had made a special detour to shoot the lighthouse. I had forgotten about the photo until I found it the other day. From a shaky beginning, the rest of the trip turned out fab and the guy gave me a pass on the dented bumper when I returned the car. So all ended well.
