Spent 6 hours today washing, polishing, and waxing the car. He cleans up nice, don't he?

We're spending the afternoon going through every single thing in the closet. You'd be amazed how much you can pack into a single closet in a 596-square-foot apartment. This isn't even close to all of it.

Spring cleaning is finished! 🎉

Craft room was the final step. Took a much needed online break & tackled this huge job. Emptied the room except for the largest pieces of furniture. Went through every single bin & have 5 boxes for destash now.

•

Throughout the house we donated a car full to the humane society thrift store & sold some things on CL/FB. Have more to photograph & post this weekend too.

The online break was so productive, I think I might do it weekly on the weekends now. 💗

51/365: Attempting an early start at spring cleaning, while it was raining outside.

So, I took da papa's advice and cleaned out my flickr a little. These are just a few of the over 300 images that I deleted from my flickr account tonight.

I simply went through and deleted the images that were not up to par.

It was an interesting task. At the beginning (or end depending on how you look at it) of the photostream,(beginning meaning the first image I ever posted on Flickr) I deleted a LOT of images....and as I progressed toward the most recent images, I was deleting less and less. It really showed me how much I've progressed as a photographer. So, as an homage to the images I deleted, I created this collage to highlight some of my favorites of the ones that are no longer there.

Memories live on, but it's time my flickr looked just a little better.

Don't shave with old unsharp razor blade, but at least the hair is refreshed.

day 20: 22 march 2009

i realize that my photos have been lacking lately so i thought i would try to be more creative as this was the whole point of starting the 365 project. the boy and i had our day of spring cleaning today. the only thing good about spring cleaning is that we always order pizza as a reward of sorts... however, i also love the feeling of seeing our little condo nice and neat. i feel horribly uneasy when the place is messy.

These are the before pictures of a recent junk removal job, done by 1-800 Mr. Rubbish.

I gave my clowns a bit of spring cleaning today, and found a spot for a few pictures I'd acquired but not put on display...
