In honor of Spring Break and Dr. Seuss' birthday (which all totally happened "by chance" to coincide with the opening of a new IHOP and release of the movie) .... took the grands to a "Dr. Seuss" Brunch before heading out to see the movie "Horton Hears a Who" ... heh, heh ...

I'm calling this series "Super Saturated Seuss" The day was crazy, silly, whimsical fun and I thought the super saturation of color would appropriately imortalize the cartoony intensity of our moods!

There were a few skeptical raised eyebrows when this eye-popping, jaw-dropping drink was served...

It's a fizzy lemonade with squares of bright colored jello plopped in it!
