I am not sure why, but Temujin's class was selling Cupcake's to Charity for €0,50 which I think barely covered ingredients.... So I made chocolate pound cake with dark chocolate chunks and a cream cheese frosting. The frosting was only loosely based on a recipe and was very fast and pretty good. 25min at 180C

175g cream cheese

200g cream

100g butter

half a box of powdered sugar

Lots of chocolate powder.

imitation vanilla flavor

didn't make that much but worked fine.
