Temperatures were increasing and the snow pack was beginning to melt, but this was the "Spring scene" at Grand Traverse Lighthouse State Park in mid March.
“That is one good thing about this world ... There are always sure to be more springs.” (L.M. Montgomery, Anne of Avonlea, 1909)

Spring is exceptionally beautiful this year in the Netherlands. Because of all the rain, it almost looks like the tropics so lush it is everywhere.
It forced me to take my other camera out of the bag, and go out trying to catch it in the landscape. Especially where water meets forest and meadows, the landscape is spectacular.
How different it was last year when it was already very dry in many places. This photo was taken near the start of the hike around the lake of Ankeveen (see fi www.flickr.com/photos/115540984@N02/35404695624/in/album-...).
Taken at 11 pm on June 2, 2022, on the Ingraham Trail, near Yellowknife. The snow is finally gone and the summer leaves are starting to open.

Beyond the darkened corridor
of winter’s chill and gloom,
Beckons spring with light and life
And wisps of hope
carried like a song
Despite the sub-freezing temperatures we experienced a couple of nights this week, the first daffodils in my garden are blooming, and insisting that Spring is on its way. This morning they were graced with the brightness of some unexpected sunshine and as they nodded in the breeze and their soft fragrance gently scented the air, it felt as if all the hope and promise of Spring to come was captured in those lovely blooms.
Note: After tomorrow I will be traveling for much of the next two weeks, so I apologize in advance that I may not be able to reply to comments in a timely fashion, and I will catch up on everyone's beautiful images as I can.
Wandering around with my camera in the morning, I saw this dreamy reflection in the pond just as the sun was rising.

Tipsy at the refreshing wine of joy and camaraderie,
I savor every moment and colorful exchange.
My life will never be the same.
A Spring Remembered
A Spring to Share

Renewed Life in the air.
A new life in the garden as the seeds begin to grow.
A new life in the garden as my rosy petals show.
Dizzy at the thought of you and our time together.
My cheeks continue to shine as I keep slowly sipping on you and your cheer wine.
Thank you all for your colorful comments and kind favs.
I hope you all enjoy sips of joy as you continue your week.
