CP's annual weed spray train is at the bottom of the Tunnel Cut, with part of it's train still under the Welland Canal.
Went for a ride with the window down for some fresh countryside air. The smell was overpowering, do the tractor drivers wear face masks?
Late night out with Phill and a welcome return to this location. Trying a new technique, using 50mm MD Rokkor 1.7 @f11 for the sparks, swaped to pre-focused 28mm soligor 2.8 @f5.6 for my silhouette, backlit by Phill with a light blue gel on the Klarus XT11s. gonna keep trying with this technique. Top Nights 😀.

Damaged Ilford XP2 film and Elephants!
The film got stuck in my Nikon F3 so I hat to sit in the wardrobe of my hotel and unwind the film by hand - hence the damaged film look.

I don't know of any other art form which uses such expensive equipment, for such a short period of time. The skill of the photographer can not be seen in the split second it takes to take the photo. It is less skill now, anyway, or a different skill. Thinking here of the common 'spray and pray' technique of some sports photographers, say.
Men 100 meters Back Stroke. SUKMA is a multi-sports competition or ‘Mini Olympics’ that involves young and budding athletes. It is held every 2 years, and this year its held in Terengganu.

Spectacular orange and yellow sunsets are just about the only good thing that comes from these thick voggy days. During this one, I was lucky enough to capture a humpback whale passing by.

It's all in the arms! My 12" fashion girls very rarely get pics, mainly because I haven't mastered their poses yet. In 2019 I'll try and give them some more attention and learn the knack of 12"ers :)
