"Splatter Art" created by someone better than Jackson Pollock...Mother Nature.
Jackson Pollock created his "masterpieces" by running around and dropping paint on a large canvas on the floor. Some of his "art" has sold for millions of dollars, one reportedly for two hundred million dollars. If you like splatter art, Mother Nature creates it for free :-))

A glorious swan at the local lake. It had been diving a few times and there was wonderful droplets of water all over which were shining in the late evening sun. The water was super still apart from where it was making these wonderful circles of ripples as it dived and returned.
Macro Mondays: "Two"
A cooking splatter guard what is well used. Lit with a single LED constant light.
The image is about 6.4 cm (2.5 inches) on the long edge.
Snowdrops are slowly appearing round and about. This is one of the more developed groups - complete with mudsplats from the farm track alongside!
HMM- the macromonday theme for today, 5/4, is kitchen- utensils, gadgets and tools :) there are several possibilities (6) for today; this is a screen that you put over a fry pan so the grease doesn't spatter.

I cannot remember the name of this plant, but I thought it was such a unique looking plant. It really looks like someone just splattered paint all over it.
