„Macro Mondays“ Pins 2,5 cm
Das Blumenfeld Lotusblüte besteht aus 158 Lotusblüten, sie sind auf einer Matte, die mit Naturfaser gefüllt die in einer Hülle aus Leinen steckt, aufgesetzt. Die Spitzen der Lotusblüte dringen nicht in die Haut, sie sollen stimulieren aber nicht verletzten. Das Lotusblumenfeld dient der Akkupressur im häuslichen Bereich.
Ich setzte sie mehrmals in der Woche ein, die Nadelspitzen tun weh sobald ich mich auf die Matte lege. Tapfer sein und durch, sage ich mir bei jeder Sitzung, die ersten Momente muss ich einfach aushalten. Sobald ich mich an den Schmerz gewöhnt habe, setzt die Entspannung ein und meist schlafe ich auch ein. Nach der Behandlung, ca.30 min. fühle ich mich einfach pudelwohl, Einsatzdauer entscheidet man selbst.

The flower field lotus blossom consists of 158 lotus blossoms, they are placed on a mat filled with natural fibre which is in a cover made of linen. The tips of the lotus blossom do not penetrate the skin, they are meant to stimulate but not to hurt. The lotus flower field is used for accupressure in the home.
I use it several times a week, the needle tips hurt as soon as I lie down on the mat. Be brave and get through it, I tell myself at every session, the first moments I just have to endure. As soon as I get used to the pain, relaxation sets in and I usually fall asleep. After the treatment, which lasts about 30 minutes, I simply feel great. © All rights reserved

"Les lundis macros" PIN 2,5 cm
Le champ de fleurs de lotus se compose de 158 fleurs de lotus, elles sont placées sur un tapis rempli de fibres naturelles qui se trouve dans une couverture en lin. Les pointes de la fleur de lotus ne pénètrent pas la peau, elles sont destinées à stimuler mais pas à blesser. Le champ de fleurs de lotus est utilisé pour l'accupression à domicile.
Je l'utilise plusieurs fois par semaine, les pointes des aiguilles me font mal dès que je m'allonge sur le tapis. Sois courageux et passe au travers, je me le dis à chaque séance, les premiers moments, je dois juste les supporter. Dès que je m'habitue à la douleur, la relaxation s'installe et je m'endors généralement. Après le traitement, environ 30 minutes, je me sens tout simplement pudelwohl, la durée d'utilisation est décidée par soi-même.

Austria, Zillertal Alps - View to the Gefrorene-Wand-Spitzen and Olperer. The Gefrorene-Wand-Spitzen are two summits on the Tux Crest (Tuxer Kamm), a mountain chain in the Zillertal Alps, one of the ranges of the central Eastern Alps in the Austrian state of Tyrol.
When the sun is rising and reaches the peaks of the mountains only and snow and ice of the snow covered peaks is reflecting the light. Than, a scene is emerging I have never witnessed before. The peaks are starting to glow and then to burn. Really breathtaking but only for a short duration.
Wenn die Sonne aufgeht und nur die Spitzen der schneebedeckten Berge erreicht und Schnee und Eis auf den Gipfeln das Licht der Sonne reflektieren. Dann entsteht ein Anblick, den ich hier zum ersten mal erleben durfte. Die Gipfel beginnen erst zu glühen und dann zu brennen. Atemberaubend und leider nur von kurzer Dauer.
Das Juwel in den Bergen von Südtirol
Die Johanneskapelle im Villnösstal (auch St. Johann in Ranui) ist eine vor dem Hochgebirgsmassiv der Geislergruppe gelegene Kapelle auf privatem Grund des Ranuihofes am Ende des Villnösstals in Südtirol. Die Kapelle ist dem hl. Johannes Nepomuk geweiht.
Unsere Wanderung führt uns hinauf auf die Besler Spitzen im Oberallgäu in Bayern (Deutschland).
Nach dem es einige Zeit steil bergauf ging, erwartete uns oben ein grandioser Blick auf die umliegenden Berge.
Wir erinnern uns an Spock, den Vulkanier, aus Star Trek , mit seinen spitzen Ohren! Kommt das europäische Eichhörnchen auch aus Vulkanien?

Der Schilfrohrsänger (Acrocephalus schoenobaenus) ist ein Singvogel aus der Gattung der Rohrsänger (Acrocephalus) und der Familie der Rohrsängerartigen (Acrocephalidae). Es werden keine Unterarten unterschieden.
Vom Südwesten Mitteleuropas abgesehen, ist der Schilfrohrsänger in weiten Teilen Mitteleuropas ein verbreiteter Brut- und Sommervogel. Im gesamten Mitteleuropa tritt er jedoch als Durchzügler und Rastvogel auf
Beschreibung
Der Schilfrohrsänger ist etwa 13 cm lang und hat eine Flügelspannweite von 17 bis 21 cm. Das Gewicht beträgt etwa 10 bis 15 Gramm. Die Oberseite ist braun grau gemustert, sein Unterseite gelblich gefärbt. Der kleine Vogel hat eine weißliche Kehle und einen spitzen Schnabel. Er hat einen hellgrauen Überaugenstreif und eine schwarze Kopfdecke. Männchen und Weibchen haben die gleiche Färbung. Sein Ruf klingt wie „tscheck“ und „schrrr“.

The male's song is composed of random chattering phrases and can include mimicry of other species. The sedge warbler is mostly insectivorous.

Türkentauben wirken sehr elegant. In den pastelligen, sandfarbenen Tönen des Gefieders setzen der schwarze Nackenring und die roten Augen deutliche Farbakzente. Wenn sie fliegen, sieht man die weißen Spitzen der langen Schwanzfedern der schlanken Wildtaube.
Collared doves looks very elegant. In the pastel, sand-colored tones of the plumage, the black neck ring and the red eyes set distinct color accents. When they fly, you can see the white tops of the slender wild pigeon's long tail feathers.

I came to this photo more by accident. I had planed to make a photo of the top parts of this withered allium but as I changed the focus I did realise this "Star Trek Effect" (sorry- old school). I think its pretty cool. Well then, full spead ahead in a successful week.
Dieses Foto vom verblühten Zierlauch in meinem Garten entstand eher zufällig. Geplant war die Spitzen zu fotografieren, doch als ich den Fokus veränderte entstand plötzlich dieser "Raumschiff Enterprise Effekt" (sorry - alte Schule). Ich find das ziemlich cool. Also dann, volle Kraft voraus in eine erfolgreiche Woche.
In ihrer natürlichen Umgebung ist die Mandarinente sehr scheu und hält sich vorwiegend in der dichten Ufervegetation von Flüssen und Seen versteckt. Dabei fliegt sie sehr geschickt durch die Zweige hindurch und klettert mit ihren spitzen Krallen im Geäst der Bäume herum.
Mandarinenten sind sehr kälteunempfindlich. Da sie überdies eine große Ortstreue zeigen, können sie in Mitteleuropa freilebend gehalten werden.
In their natural environment, the mandarin duck is very shy and mostly hides in the dense vegetation of rivers and lakes. It flies very skillfully through the branches and climbs around in the branches of the trees with its sharp claws.
Mandarin ducks are very insensitive to cold. Since they also show a high degree of local loyalty, they can be kept free-living in Central Europe.

It was a beautiful morning in the desert and the sky was turning yellow-orange and in a few minutes the first peaks of the mountains would start to glow. I love those moments before, let us imagine the whole beauty of nature ... I miss it so much ...

Es war ein wunderschöner Morgen in der Wüste und der Himmel färbte sich gelb-orange und in wenigen Minuten würden die ersten Spitzen der Berge zu leuchten beginnen. Ich liebe diese Momente davor, lassen Sie doch die ganze Schönheit der Natur erahnen...ich vermisse es so sehr...
eine alte geschichte im rheinland erklärt die herkunft des schönen wortes "FISIMATENTEN" damit, dass die rheinischen mütter ihren töchtern während der besatzungszeit durch französische soldaten (napoleon) verboten haben, deren einladung, sie in ihren zelten zu besuchen, anzunehmen : "mach mer bloß keine fisimatentchen!"
This photo goes back four years to an amazing day in the Austrian Alps.
At the time I took this photo I still had a long way to go. My hike had commenced at Hintertux where a cable car starts its journey to the north summit of Nordgipfel. Whereas Shirley took the cable car to the half way point I set off on foot and met her near this spot.
From here she would retreat back to the glorious alpine pastures fifteen hundred feet below. Instead I would make my way upwards towards the snow slope central to this view. My route would then contour around the right of the central ridge and work its way to the summit. Of course no one else was daft enough to hike this route so I had to create my own path through the fresh snow, however after a while I reached the ski slope and headed off up the side of the compressed snow which made the ascent a little easier.
From this viewpoint you can see two of the ski lifts at both my left and right. They were to prove helpful from time to time as they acted as a guide for me when my visibility came and went with the clouds.
The summit stands at 10,700 feet which proved much harder than normal given the lack of paths. Incidentally the Nordgipfel is one of a pair of twin summits that together are often known as a single mountain by the name of Gefrorene-Wand-Spitzen. The reason for the two gondolas is that the ski resort at the top of this mountain is particularly popular being one of only two worldwide that is open all year round.
My real bonus was that when it came to returning to the valley bottom no one at the summit was bothered to check that I had a ticket so I managed a free lift back down to Hintertux on the gondola.

The Alps of Norway live up to their name with pointed mountain peaks surrounded by fjords. The alpine peaks here have since the middle of the 19th century attracted tourists who were fascinated and wanted to climb these mountains. On each side of the Hjørundfjord at Sunnmøre - they pop up, a whole host of peaks and natural pearls. Nature always wears the colors of the spirit. Thanks for your visit and comments, my Flickr friends.
Die norwegischen Alpen machen ihrem Namen alle Ehre mit spitzen Berggipfeln, die von Fjorden umgeben sind. Die Alpengipfel hier haben seit Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts Touristen angezogen, die fasziniert waren und diese Berge besteigen wollten. Auf beiden Seiten des Hjørundfjords bei Sunnmøre tauchen sie auf, eine ganze Reihe von Gipfeln und Naturperlen. Die Natur trägt immer die Farben des Geistes. De Alpen van Noorwegen doen hun naam eer aan met puntige bergtoppen omringd door fjorden. De alpentoppen hier trekken sinds het midden van de 19e eeuw toeristen die gefascineerd waren en deze bergen wilden beklimmen. Aan elke kant van de Hjørundfjord bij Sunnmøre duiken ze op, een hele reeks toppen en natuurlijke parels. De natuur draagt altijd de kleuren van de geest. Los Alpes de Noruega hacen honor a su nombre con picos puntiagudos rodeados de fiordos. Los picos alpinos aquí han atraído desde mediados del siglo XIX a turistas que estaban fascinados y querían escalar estas montañas. A cada lado del fiordo Hjørundfjord en Sunnmøre, aparecen una gran cantidad de picos y perlas naturales. La naturaleza siempre viste los colores del espíritu. Les sommets alpins ici ont depuis le milieu du 19ème siècle attiré des touristes qui étaient fascinés et voulaient gravir ces montagnes. De chaque côté du Hjørundfjord à Sunnmøre - ils surgissent, une multitude de pics et de perles naturelles. La nature porte toujours les couleurs de l'esprit.
