OK, I promise I'll start taking pictures other than food for my 365...a friend of mine who is from India made this delicious fish curry. I don't have the original recipe, but this looks close enough.

Today lets prepare Sunday special. Ya in India most of the people eat Non veg on Sunday only. Lets see Fish curry recipe preparation process. From among many of the food items like fruits and vegetables, even the Fish plays a vital role in maintaining the one’s good health. Fish has high protein values which is may reduce many diseases like asthma, cancer, heart disease, depression.

Selecting a fish is very important task. I suggest you not to choose a stock fish. It is very important to choose a fresh water fish. Fish cultivated or lake fishes have a smell of mud. So Its better to choose a fresh water Fish. Wash the fish after cutting it into pieces so that it does not smell more. Cut the Pieces in medium size so that the salt and chilly soaks well into the piece.
