Anestésico: Mepivacaína com vaso [6 1/2 tubetes]
Procedimento: Remoção das raízes remanescentes e dentes perdidos, sem forceps, só com alavancas.
Instrumentos: cj alavancas e elevadores (apenas luxando com as alavancas), sindesmótomo e alveolótomo. Fio de sutura nª04.

Here singing and smiling to her guitarist (I love her expression) she would frequently get up and dance. CV music is very popular in Montreal, thus the plaza was packed...
