In High School, Victor's personality was a combination of Bleach's Kugo Ginjo(altered memory) and Streetfighter's Ryu. In the middle of his Junior year in high school, his personality starts to becomes Kugo Ginjo(unaltered memory), Magneto and Lelouch vi Britannia combined.
In fact, the high school freshmen relationship Victor has with William(M.C.) would be a combination of Bleach's Kugo Ginjo(altered memory) and Ichigo Kurosaki 's relationship and King of Fighters '97's Kyo Kusanagi and Shingo Yabuki 's relationship.
When I decided to remake my childhood characters, Sir William's "new" personality would be like Shingo Yabuki for my "Clashmates" comic and "Clashmates' Burning Battle" video game(first semester mode).

WEAPONLESS: Note: Victor aka HAVIKTOR does have KOF yashiro nanakase's Sledgehammer attack and he uses a mixed-martial arts version of the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program(MCMAP) - never got into animal style martial arts Master Qiang was trying to teach him .
ARMED: Uses a FF7 Buster sword size blade with a jewel embedded in its hilt(see: Sword of Omens). My M.C. William also have a "Sword of Omens" like blade but not "Buster Sword" size with a shield(See: SCVI's Patroklos [Sophitia] Alexandra).
