Lost somewhere between,

where fresh petals flock and play -- Just for a Spring tease.

Having fun with my new 100mm macro lens. This photo is flattening two Azaleas into one image at f/4 creating mostly bokeh. I found the patterns and shifting hues interesting. Hoping everyone can take some time to get outside, explore and get some much needed fresh air and light!

.....are those that believe peace is an essential requirement for mankind's well being. Unfortunately, as usual, they are not the one's in charge. It boggles my mind to think that there are those who think the only way to peace is by waging war--why not just sit on the shore and contemplate the horizon. All the answers are surely there--if you look.

We were on a tourist boat, on the way to a place where you could snorkel and dive. It is near Sharm el Sheikh with fantastic views of a mountain range and a harbor. It is in the south between Suez Canal and Gulf of Akaba in the Red Sea. I love to remember these day's.

This photo was taken with my first camera, Nikon D 3000. I thought about to let cleaning the mirror, because there is a lot of dust on it. Over 50,000 trips, is it worth it? I think so, hey, it's a Nikon :-)

I was out shooting wildlife at Sywell in Northants, when several WW2 era military aircraft starting performing aerobatics overhead including this Spitfire and Hispano HA 1112, a post-war Spanish version of the Messerschmitt Bf 109. So, obviously, I took a few photos of them.
