Blipfoto post for Tuesday 24 August 2010: Problem Solved

On my way to work today I realised that I had completely forgot that today was my 365th Blip and I hadn't planned a special shot as I did for my 100th, 200th and 300th Blips. What an idiot...to get the whole way through the year and FORGET to plan such a big event!

Then as I was pondering my stupidity the roadsign that I had blipped yesterday came into view.....and I couldn't believe my eyes....PROBLEM SOLVED!! Obviously someone in the roads department must be a subscriber and had come to my rescue with a celebratory traffic sign! So I stopped, leapt out of the car and grabbed the Blip. Photo safetly in the camera I rushed home to post my miraculous Blip...then I had my doubts....surely I must have imagined the whole thing? Then I remembered the comment from Instography on yesterdays Blip pointing me to the Traffic Scotland website which shows the live text on these variable road signs...so I checked it out...and sure enought there it was, in black and white, confirmation that it was true! And we all know the Internet never lies!

Well now that I have my 365th Blip 'in the can' I can look back on he past year. I joined Blipfoto to improve my photography and I can honestly say that it's worked as I've come a long way since the beginning and met a lot of great people along the way (both online and in the flesh at Blipfoto events). So thanks to everyone that has made the past year so enjoyable...folks at Blipcentral and fellow blippers alike.

When I started this journal I was worried that I'd never be able to keep going....now I'm worried I can't stop!!!!

EDIT: This hit the Blipfoto spotlight page on 24 Aug 2010

This isn't a speed demonstration, in fact I've 2x the video just to get through it. I'm getting better, but for now this is simply a documentation of the fact that I can solve the cube.

This is a follow up to Day149

In this page we are going to discuss about How to Solve Proportions .The proportion is the way of expressing the ratio between the part and the whole. A proportion is an equation in which two ratios are set equal to each other. In this concept, cross product can be used to find the unknown number. Here we use letter x in place of unknown number. The condition for proportion is, if four quantities, a, b, c, d, are said to be in proportion if [a/b] = [c/d] . Now let us going to see some of the example problems for solving proportion in this article. Proportion is also defined as equivalent of two fractions. When we are going to write equivalent fractions, we need to create a proportion

"So, have we solved the secret of happiness?

"I believe so," he said

Are you going to tell me?

"Yes. Ready?"

Ready.

"Be satisfied."

That's it?

"Be grateful."

That's it?

"For what you have. For the love you receive, and for what God has given you."

That's it?

He looked me in the eye. Then he sighed deeply.

"That's it."

For some reason or another my first impression of this scene was the game Myst that I used to play a long time ago. And before anybody asks.. yes I did use a polarizer on this.

In this article, we are going to learn about solve quadratic equation by factoring methods. A quadratic equation is a polynomial equation of degree 2. It can be simply represented in the form: ax2 + bx + c = 0 where 'x' is the constant, a,b,c are the constant co efficients (which are not equal to 0).

A number which satisfies the given solve equations or root of that. ‘Satisfying the equation’ means that if the variable (literal) involved in this is replaced by the number, then both sides of that become equal. The process of finding the particular value of the variable (literal) which makes both sides of the equation equal is called solving the equation. Below are rules that need to be followed in solving equations.

What is a linear equation solver: An equation is a condition on a variable. A variable takes on different values; its value is not fixed . Variables are denoted usually by letter of alphabets, such as x, y , z , l , m , n , p etc. From variables we form expression.Linear equation in one variable : These are the type of equation which have unique (i.e, only one and one ) solution. For example: 2 x + 5 = 0 is a linear equation in one variable.Root of the equation is −52

In this page we are going to discuss about How to Solve Inequalities concept . Math problems contain ,= are called inequalities. Systems of inequalities are a set of two or more inequalities with the same variables. An inequality says that two values are not equal. a ? b says that a is not equal to b for example,

bigE solved a puzzle he was given yesterday. We wanted to drive to the school to show the giver that he'd finished it, but it was already 3:30. Ah well.

So my puzzle, then, was to show in a picture that all sides of the puzzle were solved. I solved my puzzle too, via the bathroom mirror!
