The ITIL Service Desk Dashboard gives the Service Desk Manager the controls required to optimize the performance of the service desk. Data comes from service management tools and is integrated in the Metricus SaaS environment.
The scorecard shows KPI categories and displays the health of the IT organization for these categories. Green means the KPIs within the category are performing in line with predetermined goals, yellow means slightly off track, and red means off track.
