Artist Statement:

"Soft Exit" is about surrender—not to despair, but to transformation. The figure is no longer resisting the fracture. In fact, she has invited it. The butterflies are not symbols of beauty, but byproducts of decay. Each winged shape used to be part of a thought, a rule, a memory. They break away like petals from a synthetic flower.

This piece completes the trilogy that began with disorder and moved through control. Here, the mind no longer fights for cohesion. It lets go. And what remains is strangely beautiful. Broken, but luminous. Unmade, but finally weightless.
