One happy Noah sunning himself. :)
This picture is for the group Happy Caturday and this week the theme is "Smile Maker" (post a photo in a pose that always makes you smile).
This particular photo certainly makes me smile because Noah looks like he is smiling. :) I love pictures of Noah enjoying the sun and ones that show all of his ear fur (which is called "ear furnishings"). His Mom had ear fur like his... it was very long and each side curled in the opposite direction.
Taken kind of recently on what was a string of very grey days, I am quite happy with this one. More of a sombre image than a smilemaker, but I can rarely resist shooting an empty bench and it's view.
Even though there was very little saturation of colours to begin with, in processing I desaturated the colours a bit more to try and convey how I felt about yet another cloudy day.
Having said that, this morning is actually quite sunny for a change, so I may get out with a camera and do my commenting later this afternoon when it is to cloud over with possiblitlies of showers.

Some of you have asked about Teddy so thought I'd post of shot of my little buddy taken when we were in Glacier Park.
This is a common pose of Teddy's when I call him. I don't think he's bowing to me, rather just pondering my request and delaying his approach. He has such a peculiar personality, so funny and endearing. Wish I could clone my little smilemaker.

Elijah is always finding something to get into. I have to admit that I did let him get into this cupcake just so I could take a picture. 😃 If I think of what pictures make me smile this is one of them, just because he is so silly. This kind of shows his personality.... a silly boy!

I was putting out some mini cupcakes to take a picture for the Macro Monday's group when Elijah, one of our two 8 month old kittens, decided to see what I was doing. I couldn't resist seeing what he thought about the Raspberry Mojito cupcake.... I certainly didn't think he would lick it! He did. And he liked it.

Cooper does what he does best, make friends and put smiles on their face. My original plan was to take shots of Cooper running around. My usual sit/stay and then I move away and yell the come command. But the light was so flat that he just got lost in the snow. He then decided to run to this boy and make a new friend.
